EM Utility Locating
Electromagnetic locating for active metallic and traceable lines on your property. I find what's conductive, mark it in industry-standard colors, and tell you what I can't see.
Cable Fault Locating
Pinpoint shorts, opens, breaks, and sheath damage in buried conductors — electrical feeders, tracer wires, dog fences, and irrigation. Find the failure so you only dig where you have to.
Pre-Excavation Marking
Paint and flags on the ground before the backhoe shows up. Standard APWA color code, clean lines, clear edges — so your crew digs with confidence on day one.
Project Sketches
A hand-drawn site sketch summarizing what was found, where, and how deep when measurable. Keep it on the truck or hand it to the inspector.

Rated 5 out of 5 starsWas notified by elec company that there was a fault somewhere between the distribution box and my home, which caused half the house’s power to be out. Called Brent and he showed up about an hour later. Found the fault area quickly and started digging, by himself, in the dark. 2 hours later, the problem area was found, spliced, and fixed. Thought I’d be without power for days, and Brent fixed it in hours. Charged well-under what I thought it would cost. He’s your guy!

When I came to check on him he was inside a hole. He fixed 2 breaks and retested the lines. Quick work with no hassle.
